Sandbox and demonstration access is provided for evaluation purposes only. Demo environments may contain sample data, limited features, or temporary credentials. You agree not to use demonstration systems for production workloads, unlawful activity, or unauthorized data processing.
4. Consultation and Submissions
Information submitted through consultation or contact forms must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for ensuring that any business or technical details you share do not violate confidentiality obligations owed to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless explicitly contracted under signed team engagements, customization SLAs, or license agreements, all website content, product designs, software architecture, documentation, branding, and prototype code remain the intellectual property of NXT WAVE. No ownership rights are transferred through website use or unpaid demonstrations.

You may not attempt to disrupt our services, probe systems without authorization, scrape protected content, reverse engineer proprietary components except where permitted by law, or misuse forms to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
